How To Ship Your Laptop

If you don't have a box to ship your laptop, please take your laptop and ac adapter to a FedEx/Kinkos or a UPS Store and have it professionally boxed. FedEx has boxes, listed below, designed for shipping laptops, the cost is around $10 if you ship by FedEx Ground and free if shipping is done by Air.
Place the AC Adapter beside the laptop in the shipping box. Do not place an AC adapter above the LCD screen.
Wrap your laptop in bubble wrap and fill with packing peanuts to make sure the laptop doesn't slide around during shipping. Please allow at least a 2" gap between the laptop and the box by using popcorn, bubble wrap or another packing material. A standard laptop box should have at least the following dimensions 17"x16"x6" for a 15" size laptop.

FedEx sells a box specifically designed to ship laptops. Contact your local FedEx or FedEx / Kinkos retailer to purchase a box and ship package according to their instructions.
Please include an AC adaptor with the laptop. Each item should be wrapped separately.
Fill up, print and include the Service Repair Form with your laptop. If you prefer to pay by check, please include a check in the amount of $125.00 payable to Computek Systems.
